The Program

ReGenesis Therapy Program

ReGenesis Therapy is performed 1x per week and consists of two components.  A Testing Mode followed by a Training Mode.  The session takes 7 minutes and users are able to test their peak muscle strength and peak muscle endurance while simultaneously working out and providing a high level of stimulus to the soft tissues, promoting regeneration and growth.  

The 2 Modes
  • Strength Testing Mode (2 min) In this mode ReGenesis measures the users maximum Isometric loading for each of the     3 main body positions.  Real time visual biofeedback provides instant comparisons to past performances.
  • Endurance Training Mode (5 min) - In this mode ReGenesis measures the users maximum muscle endurance for each of the  3 main body positions.  Real time visual biofeedback provides instant comparisons to past performances.
The 3 Positions

In each of the 3 positions the user is in an Optimal Biomechanical Position in order to produce the maximum level of force achievable. This stimulates the muscles, bones and soft tissues to regenerate themselves. The Optimal Biomechanical Positions also create a very low joint torque, allowing for a safe and pain free movement.
Leg Press Position: 
Testing Mode - During the testing mode the user performs a maximal isometric leg press for 5 seconds with a 3 second warm up.  The user is provided with real time visual feedback via the CPU dashboard. 
Training Mode - During the training mode the user performs a maximal functional  isometric leg press of 40-60% of their maximal isometric leg press for as long as they can. This trains their peak muscle strength as well as their peak muscle endurance. 
Chest Press Position: 
Testing Mode - During the testing mode the user performs a maximal isometric chest press for 5 seconds with a 3 second warm up. The user is provided with real time visual feedback via the CPU dashboard. 
Training Mode - During the training mode the user performs a maximal functional isometric chest press of 40-60% of their maximal isometric leg press for as long as they can. This trains their peak muscle strength as well as their peak muscle endurance. 
Shoulder Shrug Position: 
Testing Mode - During the testing mode the user performs a maximal isometric shoulder shrug for 5 seconds with a 3 second warm up. The user is provided with real time visual feedback via the CPU dashboard. 
Training Mode - During the training mode the user performs a maximal isometric shoulder shrug of 40-60% of their maximal isometric leg press for as long as they can. This trains their peak muscle strength as well as their peak muscle endurance. 
Progress Reports
The software will track all testing and training sessions in order to provide the user with progress reports.  The progress reports show historical improvements and they also provide a high level of  intrinsic motivation as the user wants to beat their last performance with each new session.  The detailed reports give data for each of the 3 body positions and the data includes:
  • Peak muscle strength
  • Peak muscle endurance
  • Muscle strength % increase 
  • Muscle endurance % increase 
  • Multiple of body weight 

Putting It All Together  
The ReGenesis Feedback Loop: ReGenesis provides a continuous feedback loop for the user while using the device as well as in the periods between sessions. 

Technology Feedback - While the device is in use the user receives real time biofeedback which provides intrinsic motivation to the user allowing for the greatest physical effort possible. In addition to real time feedback the CPU also provides an ongoing progress report to keep the user motivated and to show results over time. 

Biologic Feedback - After each session the user instantly gets positive physical  feedback. During the session the user's muscles and neuro connections have been fully stimulated resulting in a tone and alert muscle state. Additionally, over the long term the user will continue to feel the stimulation and results like the reduction of lower back pain and/or joint pain.
